2007 WINNER OF « DE LA CITÉ » BOROUGH PRIZE, QUEBEC CITY ART WORK CONTEST 2006-2007 ( PROFESSIONNAL ARTISTS CATEGORY )
This contest aims to promote the value of the contribution and artistic dynamism of each of the boroughs in the cultural life of the capital. It is addressed to two categories two categories in visual arts, professionals and non professional artists. One big winner is awarded the Cornelius-Krieghoff prize of 2,000$. Prizes are granted to artists from each of the eight boroughs. A 500$ grant is handed to the deserving professional artists. An exhibition gathering the winning artworks will be part of a road show throughout the boroughs, form March to September 2007.
2005 FINALIST - 10th FRANÇOIS HOUDÉ PRIZE
EVERY YEAR, THE CITY OF MONTREAL, WITH THE COLLABORATION OF CMAQ ( CONSEIL DES MÉTIERS D'ARTS DU QUÉBEC ), IS GIVING THIS PRIZE TO PROMOTE THE EXCELLENCE IN THE NEW CREATION. AFTER A DOUBLE JURIED SELECTION, TEN FINALISTS ARE CHOSEN FOR AN EXHIBITION WHERE THE WINNER IS REVEALED ON THE OPENING NIGHT CEREMONY.
2004 10TH HOUDÉ-MENDEL AWARD
Given once a year to help a glass artist / craftsman, by giving the possibility of using a kiln for free from July 1st 2004 to June 30th 2005. This grant also include free acces to the molding room of "Espace Verre" and some storage shelves.
2004 FINALIST - SAINT-MALO / BROUAGE PROJECT
Selected by CMAQ (Quebec Consil of Arts and Crafts) for an animations project in Saint-Malo (France) with the OFQJ (Office Franco-Québécois pour la Jeunesse) as well as an exhibition in Brouage aided by the mixt union for the restauration and preservation of Brouage historical site (France).
